1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Swiftbuddy services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

These Terms constitute a valid electronic record under the applicable Indian law (e.g. Information Technology Act, 2000). No physical signature is needed

2. Your Account & Eligibility

  • You confirm that you are at least 18 years old or otherwise eligible to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email, password, etc.), and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information during registration, checkout, and any other interactions - including billing/shipping address, payment details, contact information.

3. Usage

  • Swiftbuddy offers a marketplace for users to browse, order, and purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order at our discretion.
  • Prices, availability, product descriptions, and promotions may change without prior notice. We strive for accuracy but errors may occur; we do not guarantee that all information will always be accurate or error-free.
  • You agree not to misuse the Website - e.g. no fraudulent activity, no impersonation, no sale or solicitation of illegal goods, no spamming.

4. Payment & Orders

  • Payment methods accepted will be as listed on the Website (cards, UPI, net-banking, wallets, etc.). You agree to provide valid payment information.
  • Once you place an order and we accept it, a binding contract arises between you and Swiftbuddy.
  • If payment fails or is reversed (chargeback, cancellation), Swiftbuddy may cancel the order or halt further services until payment is resolved.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Returns

  • Swiftbuddy will endeavor to deliver products to the address you provided. You are responsible for providing correct, complete address details.
  • Delivery times are estimates; actual delivery may vary. Swiftbuddy is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control (transport, courier, weather, etc.).
  • Returns, exchanges or refunds (if offered) will be subject to the specific product’s return policy. You must follow the specified return process within the stipulated time and ensure products are returned in original condition.

6. Intellectual Property / Content

  • All content on Swiftbuddy (website/app design, logos, images, product descriptions, software, text, graphics) is owned by Swiftbuddy or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, sublicense or otherwise exploit the content without explicit permission.
  • If you post reviews, comments, or any user-generated content - you grant Swiftbuddy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content for the purposes of operating, improving, and promoting the Website.

7. Liability, Disclaimers & Indemnity

  • The services of Swiftbuddy are provided “as is” and “as available.” Swiftbuddy makes no warranties (express or implied) about accuracy, reliability, completeness or suitability of the platform or its content.
  • Swiftbuddy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use (or inability to use) the Website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • You agree to indemnify Swiftbuddy (and its officers, employees, agents) from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including legal costs) arising from your use of the Website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of rights of others.

8. Termination / Suspension

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Website at any time for breach of Terms, illegal or fraudulent activity, or other misuse.
  • On termination, your right to use the Website stops; any outstanding obligations (e.g. payments, pending orders) will remain.

Swiftbuddy may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the Website. Your continued use after modifications implies your acceptance of the revised terms.
